Implementing an integrated digital app containing 35+ governmental services and a unified design system

We built a unified digital platform that provides all government services through a customized experience around people's lifestyle. During this project, we focused on accessibility across all users. Our focus has been on designing a user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) that is not only easy to use but also highly accessible, ensuring that government services are available to everyone. Our approach to UI/UX design and accessibility is centered around creating an intuitive and engaging experience that puts the citizen at the center of the design process. We're leveraging the latest advancements in technology and user-centered design principles to create a highly accessible and inclusive user experience—we believe that this approach will not only improve the quality of government services but also increase citizen engagement and trust in government.
